This is the second song of Bhaktivinoda Thakura’s “Gitavali.” This is a continuation of Lord Caitanya’s important message to all souls who have not arisen spiritually. There are two tunes to this song. First is the folk tune, in which the guide for playing is the same as Samsara Davanala Lidha Loka. The tune here is in Kaherva Tala and heard by Atmarama Dasa from the 1995 recording of “Vaisnavas’ Songs.” This was also heard in the background of the Mayapura Deity Installation DVD of 2004.
